As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location near the Novotel and Iguatemi Shopping Mall. The housekeeping service was impeccable, ensuring our room was clean and beautiful. The standout feature of this hotel is the incredible team, particularly Joyce and Juliana at the reception. They provided excellent support and assistance in English and Spanish.

Located in one of the best city areas, this brand new hotel offers a prime location close to the Novotel and Iguatemi Shopping Mall. the housekeeping service is exceptional, ensuring impeccably clean and attractive rooms. the reception team, including Joyce and Juliana, provide top, notch customer service, going above and beyond to assist guests with check, in. They are fluent in English and Spanish, making communication easy for international travelers.
The bathroom facilities need improvement, as some guests complained about the inadequate size and lack of proper amenities.

Location couldn't be better, situated in a fancy area near a shopping mall and supermarkets. the brand new building is also a plus.

I recently stayed at Ibis Budget in a great area of the city for a few nights. The hotel is brand new and located near a shopping mall and supermarkets. What sets this hotel apart is their amazing team. The housekeeping service was excellent, with a spotless and beautiful room. The reception team, particularly Joyce and Juliana, were top-notch, providing efficient and helpful service in English and Spanish. Hats off to the manager for assembling such a fantastic team at this young and vibrant hotel.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
